Terms of Use

1. Scope

CreativeOS is provided by Turing (REACH Paris) to (a) its internal team and (b) creators participating in the Creator Affiliate Network (CAN) programme.

2. Account access

Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or rate limiting.
• Don't access data that isn't yours to access (other creators' metrics, for example).
• Don't scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission.

4. Commission calculation (CAN creators)

Monthly commissions shown in your portal are calculated from Meta Ads Manager spend attributed to your creative tag, at a rate of 1.5% of ad spend, plus a €200 bonus for each creative crossing €10,000 lifetime spend. Past-month figures are frozen on the 1st of the following month and cannot be retroactively modified. Payment is made on the 15th of the following month.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability but provide the service "as is" without uptime warranty. Scheduled maintenance is announced.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email at least 14 days before taking effect.

7. Governing law

French law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Paris commercial courts.
